Discover the Cathedral and Royal Chapel of Granada, on a guided tour in a small group, together with an official guide. With this visit you will access the entire monument: the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Mausoleum of the Catholic Monarchs and some of their descendants.

The duration of the visit is approximately 2 hours.

The visit to the Cathedral and Royal Chapel will begin at 10:00.

Groups:

·  The small groups are about 15 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and it could be that they are bigger or smaller depending on the logistics or some circumstance that prevented us from doing so in an exceptional way. 

.  The visit will be in a single language, the one selected at the time of purchase and it will not be possible to modify this in any case.

·  For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If in any case this occurred, the client

may accept or cancel and be reimbursed 100% of the amount, being cancelled this contract. If accepted, the initial terms of engagement will be accepted again.

Important notes

- It is essential to provide the name of the holder of the reservation when making it. You can also send your details to

email info@visitagranada.es

- On the day of the visit you must carry the reservation document on your mobile. You do not need to print it.

- Presentation at the meeting point 10min before the start of the tour.

- This tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as the layout and floor are not fully enabled.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions are, without exception, the following:

1.   If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 3 days before the tour, the expenses will be € 5 per adult, derived from the management costs.

2.   No refund if cancelled 3 days or less before the tour and until the start time of the visit.

3.   It is non-refundable not to show up or be late.

4.   Cancellations or modifications may be made if the monument is closed.

There are no exceptional situations to apply in the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation under these cancellation policies you must send an email to info@visitagranada.es and will proceed to cancel and refund according to the date of receipt of such mail as the reference date.
