Guided tour of Park Guell in English

Important notes

• Comfortable shoes
• Cap or hat and sun cream during hot days
• Access with animals is not allowed.
• IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HIRE MINORS IN A RESERVATION WITHOUT IT INCLUDING AN ADULT. If so, it will be canceled immediately.

Groups

• Standard groups are approximately 25 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and it could happen that they are greater or less depending on logistics or some circumstance that prevents us from doing so in an exceptional way. In no case will they exceed 30 people + guide.
• The visit will be carried out in a single language, the one selected when making the purchase and it will not be possible to modify this in any case.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule could vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If in any case this occurs, the client may accept or cancel and be reimbursed 100% of the amount, thus canceling this contract. If accepted, the initial contract conditions will be accepted again.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 100% refund or free rescheduling if the cancellation is made up to 8 days before the tour. 
• There is no refund if canceled less than 8 days before the start of the visit. 
• It is not refundable for not showing up for the visit or arriving latemeeting point
  

There are no exceptional situations that apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request total or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to cancelacionsp@gmail.com indicating the name, surname and reservation number of the holder and clearly indicating that you want to cancel and proceed to cancel and refund in accordance with the date of receipt of said email, as a reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST FOR WAITING LIST INCLUSION

If you have made a reservation in an ON HOLD/ WAITING LIST situation, you must take into account the following conditions:

1. As soon as we have availability, we will proceed to issue your tickets, without delay or consultation, since you consent to us taking care of obtaining said tickets for you.
2. The system will not charge you as long as the visit is not confirmed. Once it can be definitively confirmed, the charge on your card will be automatic and irreversible.
3. We will send you a new voucher indicating that the reservation is confirmed. From the moment of confirmation and charge to the card, the reservation is confirmed and under the cancellation conditions of any direct reservation, without a waiting list.
4. If you want to get off the waiting list, you just have to write an email to info@specialplans.es and indicate that you want to get off your waiting list, indicating the order number, name and surname of the holder and that you want to cancel.
5. If, within a reasonable time, Special Plans SL considers that it will not be possible to successfully complete the final reservation, we will send you a cancellation email and no charge will be made.

Keep in mind that this is a surveillance service, at no cost to you, with which you have no guarantee of success and that does not obligate Special Plans SL to anything, until the moment of obtaining the tickets that allow you to confirm your reservation, since you are aware that we do not have the requested tickets at the time of making the request and therefore, at that moment we cannot guarantee anything.
